  • 1 cup sour cream with chives and onion
  • 12 cup sliced green onion
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 14 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can sweet whole kernel corn, undrained
  • 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style sweet corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix

Directions

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 2 1/2-quart oval baking dish or 13x9 (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

    Stir all ingredients together in large bowl, mixing until muffin mix is moistened.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake at 400 degrees F. 35-40 mins for 2 1/2-quart dish, 25-30 mins for 3-quart dish, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and top is golden brown.
