- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can Cannellini Beans
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans
- 1/4 cups Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic
Directions

1Drain and rinse all the beans and place them in a large bowl.

2Whisk together the oil and seasonings, then mix well with the beans.

5This is a super versatile dish.

6Sometime I add a bag of frozen veggies and add taco seasoning, then serve with tortilla chips.

7You can use whatever beans you wish, but I find the more beans you use, the better the flavor variety of the salad.

9Add more or less, depending on how many beans youve used.
