  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic

Directions

    Drain and rinse all the beans and place them in a large bowl.

    Whisk together the oil and seasonings, then mix well with the beans.

    Voila!

    You have bean salad!

    This is a super versatile dish.

    Sometime I add a bag of frozen veggies and add taco seasoning, then serve with tortilla chips.

    You can use whatever beans you wish, but I find the more beans you use, the better the flavor variety of the salad.

    You can also use whatever kind of oil you like.

    Add more or less, depending on how many beans youve used.

    Im really not sure if this is 10 servings or not, I just throw it all in until it looks like enough to feed everyone.
