Spring Pea Salad

  • 1 pkg. (10 -oz.) frozen peas
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 c. cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp. pimiento
  • 1 c. nuts (your choice: cashews, almonds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1/4 c. crisply cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. ranch dressing
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. dijon mustard

Directions

    Rinse peas in hot water; drain.

    Combine vegetables and bacon with sour cream.

    Mix ranch dressing, mustard, and garlic; pour over salad mixture and toss gently.
