  • 2/3 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can (10 oz.) cut green beans; drained
  • 1 can (10 oz.) yellow wax beans; drained
  • 1 sm. can red kidney beans
  • 4 celery stalks, chopped in 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 md. onion, sliced in rings
  • 1 md. green pepper, sliced
  • chopped

Directions

    Combine vinegar, sugar,pepper, salad oil and salt well.

    Add the vegetables; stir well.

    Refrigerate overnight preferably or chill in refrigerator for several hours.
