- 1 can French-cut green beans
- 1 can regular green beans
- 1 can English peas
- 1 small can pimentos
- 1 medium onion
- 3 or 4 stems celery
- 1 medium sweet pepper
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain liquid from beans and peas.

2Cut pimentos, onion, celery and pepper into small pieces.

3Pour oil, sugar, vinegar and salt over vegetables in container.

4Place cover on container and refrigerate overnight.

5When ready to serve, drain off liquid. Will keep for days.
