Ingredients

  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can regular green beans
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 small can pimentos
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 or 4 stems celery
  • 1 medium sweet pepper
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Drain liquid from beans and peas.

    Cut pimentos, onion, celery and pepper into small pieces.

    Pour oil, sugar, vinegar and salt over vegetables in container.

    Place cover on container and refrigerate overnight.

    When ready to serve, drain off liquid. Will keep for days.
