- 2 (8 oz.) cans French-style green beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can peas
- 1 small jar pimentos
- carrots, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
Directions

1Mix together vegetables.

2Combine vinegar, oil and sugar. Stir together.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Mix and refrigerate overnight (24 hours).
