- 2 lb. cooked frijoles with juice (black beans are even better)
- 6 pieces crumbled crisp bacon
- 3 chopped onions, sauteed in bacon drippings
- 2 (No. 303) cans tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 lb. grated Longhorn cheese
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 3 pieces chopped raw celery
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Put all ingredients in blender, except bacon and cheese. Remove from blender and heat with cheese. Serve topped with crumbled bacon. Serves 8.
