  • 1 lb 96% lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 15 14 ounces kidney beans, canned
  • 15 ounces white beans, canned
  • 16 ounces pinto beans, canned
  • 15 14 ounces corn, canned
  • 10 ounces tomatoes and green chilies, canned
  • 14 12 ounces stewed tomatoes, canned
  • 1 14 ounces taco seasoning mix
  • 1 ounce ranch dip mix

Directions

    Saute ground beef and onion, drain.

    Add remaining ingredients (do not drain any cans).

    Bring to a boil and simmer for 15-20 minutes.

    Top with sour cream, tortilla chips and grated cheese.
