Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 dash pepper, more if desired
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Great Northern beans, drained
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. pasta of choice (I use shells)

Directions

    In olive oil, saute garlic.

    Add broth, tomato paste and pepper.

    Bring to boil.

    Add rosemary
  5. 5
    and beans.
  6. 6
    Smash a few beans and stir.

    Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
  8. 8
    Serve over pasta.
