  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and pat firmly in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish. (Mixture will be stiff.) Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over this. Then mix remaining ingredients and spread over top of chocolate chips and pecans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
