  • 1/2 cups Warm Water
  • 4-1/2 cups All-purpose Flour

  • 2 teaspoons Salt

  • 2 whole Eggs, Unbeaten
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Raisins (optional)
  • FOR THE FILLING:
  • 1/2 cups Butter
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • FOR THE GLAZE:
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 Tablespoons Evaporated Milk

Add the 1/2 cup evaporated milk, eggs, and raisins (if you like them). Then add the softened yeast and mix well and chill overnight or at least 2 hours.", "For the filling:", "Cream 1/2 cup butter and brown sugar then stir in chopped nuts.", "For the assembly:", "Divide chilled dough into 4 balls. Roll each ball out into a rectangle.
