  • 1 x Beaver tail
  • 1 x Onion, minced Salt & Pepper Pot of beans

Directions

    Blister tail over fire till skin loosens (or possibly dip into boiling water for a couple min).

    Pull of skin.

    Cut up meat and boil with a pot of beans.

    Add in salt and pepper to taste.

    Add in minced onions to enhance flavor.

    Beaver tail is also good roasted over a campfire or possibly in the oven.
