  • 500 ml Warm water
  • 2 1/2 cup Plain flour
  • 2 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 liter Canola oil
  • 50 ml Butter
  • 1 Cinnamon, sugar, chocolate, banana, etc.

    Combine the white flour and whole wheat flour in a large bowl thoroughly.

    Add the sugar and baking powder to the warm water and leave for several minutes.

    Gradually add Step 2 to Step 1 and knead until the texture of the dough is similar to bread dough.

    Divide into portions and spread out until 1-1.5 cm thick.

    In a deep-fryer heated to 350C, deep-fry one side for 1 1/2 minutes.
