- 1 lb. beef flank steak
- 1/2 c. hot mustard
- 12 flour tortillas
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies

1Score steak diagonally on both sides at 1-inch intervals in diamond pattern.

2Spread mustard over both sides.

3Chill, covered, for several hours.

4Grill over medium-hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes on each side.

5Stack tortillas; wrap in foil.

6Place on edge of grill to warm.

7Cut steak into thin slices.

8Spoon onto warm tortillas.

9Top with mixture of onion, tomatoes and chilies. Roll tortillas to enclose filling.
