- 2 lb. cubed beef (stew meat is fine)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 to 3 medium onions, chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 12 oz. beer
Directions

1Brown beef well in salad oil and remove from pan.

2Add flour, sugar and onions in pan.

3Cook until soft and slightly caramelized. Add bay leaves, beer and meat to pan.

4Cover and simmer until meat is tender.

5Thicken sauce if you like; serve over noodles.
