Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. water
  • 2 tsp. Wyler's beef flavor instant bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1 c. each sliced green bell pepper, mushrooms and onion
  • 8 oz. deli-style cooked roast beef, cut into strips
  • leaf lettuce
  • alfalfa sprouts
  • chopped tomato
  • bottled salad dressing

Directions

    In a large skillet, combine water, bouillon and horseradish. Bring to a boil. Add vegetables. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Add beef; mix well. Place equal portions of beef mixture on lettuce leaves. Top with sprouts, tomatoes and desired salad dressing; roll up. Secure with wooden pick.

    Refrigerate leftovers.
