- 1/2 c. pecans
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute the pecans in butter 3 to 5 minutes; set aside.

2Using scissors, cut the dried beef into small pieces. Blend with the rest of the ingredients. Pour into a glass baking dish and top with sauteed pecans. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve hot with crackers. Serves 10 to 12.
