- 6 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 well beaten eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1 lb. ground meat, browned and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
Directions

1Stir butter into hot spaghetti.

2Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.

3Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a sprayed 10-inch pie plate.

4Spread cottage cheese over crust.

5Add onions and green pepper to hot browned meat mixture.

6Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.

7Heat through and put on crust.

8Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.

9Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.

10Bake 5 more minutes.
