- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/3 c. refrigerated shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook beef and onion in a large skillet, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink; drain. Stir in cream cheese and next 3 ingredients; cook over low heat, stirring often until cream cheese melts. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve with tortilla chips. Yield: 4 cups.
