- frozen broccoli and carrots
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- sirloin, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cook vegetables as directed on package; drain.

2Set aside. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium-high heat; add beef, onion and garlic.

3Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.

4In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, blend well. Cook until mixture thickens and boils, stirring constantly.

5Add vegetables; cook until thoroughly heated.
