- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. boneless beef, cut into thin strips
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Cook vegetables as directed on package.

2Drain and set aside. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

3Add beef, onion and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
