  • 2 c. frozen broccoli and carrots
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 lb. boneless beef, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Cook vegetables as directed on package.

    Drain and set aside. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.

    Add beef, onion and garlic. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is no longer pink.
