- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. tomato sauce
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and form into balls, about the size of golf balls.

2Place in baking dish and pour tomato sauce over balls.

3Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
