  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. tomato sauce

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except tomato sauce and form into balls, about the size of golf balls.

    Place in baking dish and pour tomato sauce over balls.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
