- 5 lb. boneless chuck
- 6 medium onions, cubed
- 3 carrots, cubed
- 3 green peppers, cubed
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1 small bottle catsup
- 1 small jar garlic powder
- 3 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place all ingredients in a large pot on top of stove.

2Cook at low temperature for about 4 or 5 hours or until meat is stringy. Mash further with potato masher.

3If too much liquid, strain. Serve on hard rolls.
