- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (10 count) can refrigerator biscuits
- shredded cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease 10 muffin cups.

3Brown ground beef; drain.

4Stir in barbecue sauce, onion and brown sugar.

5Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

6Separate dough and press in bottom and sides of prepared pan, forming a 1/4-inch rim.

7Spoon 1/4 cup meat mixture into each cup.

8Sprinkle with cheese.

9Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.

10Cool 1 minute; remove from pans.
