- 13 oz macaroni pasta
- 1 tbsp butter
- 4 slices bacon, roughly chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 None eggs, lightly beaten
- 3 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped, to garnish
Directions

1Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain.

2Meanwhile, melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute bacon and garlic for 3-4 mins, until bacon is crisp. Drain on paper towels.

3Whisk together heavy cream and eggs then toss with pasta, along with bacon and cheese. Season.

4Serve topped with chives.
