- 4 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Moisten ground meat to spreading consistency, using beef broth.

2Combine Bisquick and milk to make soft dough.

3Roll out about 1/4-inch thick.

4Spread even layer of meat mixture over dough.

5Roll, jelly roll fashion.

6Slice into 1-inch slices. Place on buttered baking sheet.

7Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in a 450° oven.
