- 1 lb Beef bone
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Black peppercorns
- 1 Vegetable scraps (optional)
- 1 as needed Filtered water
Directions

1Put the bones in your slow cooker and cover it with water.

2Add the bay leaves, pepper , vinegar and vegetables scraps

3Cook on low for 24 hours.

4Do not add any water, the broth will reduce and that is normal.

5After it is done cooking you may put it in mason jars (do not fill all the way up, as the liquid expands when frozen).

6Another great idea is to freeze broth in ice cube trays.

7Freeze for up to 1 year

8*Usually you can ask your local butcher for beef bones, they sell it for cheap if not for free!
