- 5 zucchini, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 4 c. water
- sherry
Directions

2Add water and spices.

3Cook over low heat about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
