  • 2 (13 3/4 ounce) cans beef broth
  • 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 12 lb ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 12 cup dry red wine (preferably Burgundy)
  • 12 cup thinly sliced carrot
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup water
  • 12 cup medium egg noodles
  • sour cream, for garnish

    In saucepan, combine all ingredients.
