- 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 12 lb ground beef, cooked, drained and crumbled
- 12 cup dry red wine (preferably Burgundy)
- 12 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup medium egg noodles
- sour cream, for garnish
Directions
