- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
- 2 Tbsp. catsup
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 2 cans refrigerator biscuits
- 3 tsp. wheat germ
Directions

1Combine ground beef, soup mix, catsup and thyme.

2Separate refrigerator biscuits.

3Flatten biscuits with hands.

4Sprinkle wheat germ on half the biscuits.

5Place 2 tablespoons beef mixture on top of wheat germ.

6Top with another biscuit and press edges together.

7Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

8Serve immediately or store in refrigerator and serve cold.
