- 2 (5 lb) beef brisket (totaling about 10 lbs.)
- lawrey's seasoning salt
- garlic powder
- pepper
Directions

1preheat oven to 275 degrees fahrenheit.

2Place briskets in pan fat side up in foiled pan.

3Do NOT add water.

4Sprinkle with garlic, pepper and salt.

5Cover and cook for 6 hours.

6Uncover for last hour of the cooking time.

7It makes its own gravy.

8If you think you will need more gravy, you can add a little water to the pan drippings and flavor with boullion, garlic and pepper.

9Before slicing, scrape the fat layer off the top of the meat.

10Cut against the grain of the meat.
