  • seasoned salt
  • garlic salt
  • 1 small (5.6 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
  • 1/3 large (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Dampen roast slightly and sprinkle with meat tenderizer and lightly with seasoned salt and garlic salt.

    In Pyrex dish, marinate in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.

    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake 5 to 6 hours at 250° for medium size roast.
