  • beef brisket
  • 3 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 12 oz. beer
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle chili sauce
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup

Directions

    Put brisket, fat side down, in pan.

    Slice onions and garlic over brisket.

    Mix together beer, chili sauce, brown sugar and ketchup.

    Pour over brisket and bake 4 hours at 325°.

    Cover last 2 hours.

    Sauce can be made 3 days in advance.
