- 5 lb. beef brisket
- 1 bottle ketchup
- 1/2 bottle dry vermouth
- 1 bag baby carrots
- 2 cans whole potatoes
Directions

1In large roaster, put beef brisket, potatoes and carrots. Cover brisket with ketchup and pour vermouth over top of ketchup. Bake at 350° until soft, about 20 minutes per pound.
