- 3 or 4 lb. beef brisket
- celery salt
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- liquid smoke
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Using at least a tablespoon of each salt, rub into both sides of roast.

2Place meat in heavy plastic Ziploc bag.

3Pour half bottle of liquid smoke; Ziploc it.

4Keep turned at least 4 times during 24 hour period.

5Refrigerate during 24 hours.

6Drain meat, place in baking dish pouring approximately 1/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce over meat.

7Cover with foil.

8Bake at 275° for 5 hours.

9Slice diagonally to serve.
