- 3 c. small yellow squash
- 1 large jar pimentos
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 c. chopped peppers
- 2 c. vinegar
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 onions, chopped
Directions

1Place squash in salted water and let stand 1 hour.

2Drain; set aside.

3Combine in large container the sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add other ingredients and let come to a boil again.

6Put into jars and seal.
