- 5 lb. beef brisket
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
- 1 can Dawn Fresh mushroom sauce
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. tap water
Directions

1Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat in roaster or broiler pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

2Remove from oven and pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over top.

3Bake for 5 more minutes.

4Remove from oven and pour 1/2 cup cooking sherry over top.

5Salt and pepper to taste.

6Pour mushroom sauce over top and mushroom soup.

7Pour tap water around meat.

8Cover pan with tight fitting lid or seal with heavy-duty foil.

9Reduce heat to 325° and bake for 4 hours.
