  • 5 lb. beef brisket
  • 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (enough to make paste)

    Mix spices.

    Rub on meat.

    Wrap in foil and bake in pan for 8 hours at 225°.

    Remove, unwrap and place in refrigerator.
