- 6 Tbsp. flour
- 4 carrots
- 4 celery stalks
- 2 onions
- 3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- water
Directions

2Peel and cut carrots and onions into quarters.

3Chop celery (include tops).

4Heat oil in large soup pot.

5Dredge meat in flour.

6Brown on both sides in oil.

7Add carrots, celery and onions.

8Add water to cover.

10Bring to boil; reduce to slow boil for approximately 1 hour.
