Beef Buffet Casserole

Directions

   Brown beef in a skillet.

   Add onion and cook 10 minutes.

   Add tomato sauce and seasoning, simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

   Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse.

   Blend cheese and sour cream.

   Add olives and mix with noodles.

   Spread about 1/2 the mixture in a greased 3 quart baking dish.

   Top with 1/2 the meat sauce then add remaining noodles and meat sauce mixture.

   Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves:
