- 1 (3 lb.) rump roast
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. soy sauce
- 6 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 tsp. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions and stems
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped, or 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Slice beef against the grain into 1/4-inch slices.

2In bowl, stir together all other ingredients.

3Add meat and toss until all pieces are covered.

4Marinate at least 1 to 2 hours at room temperature or overnight in fridge.

5Can barbecue, broil or saute. Serve with rice.
