- 1 Dashi stock
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Usukuchi soy sauce
- 1 Salt
- 1 to garnish Mitsuba
Directions

1Put water and dashi stock in a pot and heat.

2Cube the steamed egg custard into small blocks and adjust the taste with usukuchi soy sauce and salt.

3Add mitsuba on top and serve.
