  • 2 out of 3 packets Steamed egg custard
  • 1 Dashi stock
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons Usukuchi soy sauce
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 to garnish Mitsuba

Directions

    Put water and dashi stock in a pot and heat.

    Cube the steamed egg custard into small blocks and adjust the taste with usukuchi soy sauce and salt.

    Add mitsuba on top and serve.
