  • 2 lbs. Stew Beef, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pkg. Dry Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1/2 Soup Can Water
  • 2/3 c. Burgundy Wine

Directions

    Mix all together (do not brown beef).

    Put into a covered 2 quart casserole.

    Bake for 3 hours at 325°.

    DO NOT OPEN THE CASSEROLE WHILE BAKING.

    Serves 6-8.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
