- 4 c. onions
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 or 2 frozen pie crusts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Boil onions (cut into rings) in salted water until done.

3Drain.

4Put 2 cups onions into pie crust.

5Beat eggs and cream.

6Put half of mixture over onions.

7Then cover with cheese.

8Repeat; onions, egg mixture and cheese.

9Top either with pie crust or buttered bread crumbs.
