- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 or 2 bouillon cubes
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. Burgundy wine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Directions

1Cut meat in cubes.

2Brown meat and onions in oil.

3Stir in flour and seasonings.

6stir until slightly thickened. Add bouillon cubes and wine.

7Cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
