- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 1 (1 lb.) can small whole onions
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

1In skillet (or Dutch oven), brown meat in oleo.

2Add remaining ingredients, except noodles.

3Cover and simmer 1 hour or until tender.
