  • 4 lb. lean meat (round steak or chuck arm round bone or sirloin tip)
  • 2 or 3 cans golden cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 c. sherry (cooking wine)

    Add one can to start of water.

    Add water when needed.

    Keep covered.

    Cook at 325° for 3 1/2 hours.

    Twenty minutes before serving, add 1 pound mushrooms, fresh.
