  • 4 lb. stew meat
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup (dry)
  • 8 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 c. wine (Burgundy)

Directions

    Place meat in large casserole.

    Slice mushrooms on top.

    Mix all other ingredients and pour over top of meat.

    Cover and bake 4 hours at 300°.

    Serve over rice or noodles.
