- 2 lb. lean beef, cut in bite size pieces
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. red Burgundy wine
Directions

1Place beef and soup in casserole.

2Mix together.

3Pour wine over all.

4Cover and bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 325°.

6Bake for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

7Serve with rice, noodles or potatoes.
