  • 1 (1 1/2 lb.) grnd chuck
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can Italian or possibly Mexican stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce.) can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce.) can kidney beans
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 stalk celery, minced
  • 1 sm. head cabbage, minced
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 5 c. water

Directions

    Brown grnd chuck and drain thoroughly.

    Put grnd chuck and all remaining ingredients in soup pot.

    Mix and cook over low heat for approximately 90 min.
